Try it

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Basic squat jumps
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 20 High knees
  • 20 Alternating lunges
  • 10 Tuck jumps
  • 10 Tricep push-ups
  • 20 bicycle oblique crunches
  • 20 Basic crunches
  • 10 Double heel drops (on back, with shins parallel to ceiling, lead with your heels and drop feet to floor for light touch and return shins up)
  • 5 Side knee drops (on back, shins parallel to ceiling, lock in abs and drop knees to right, back to center, then to left).

Repeat circuit five times. It will be exhausting by the end.
