Try this.
Tabata
20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated continuously for 4 minutes
(8 cycles).
With a Bosu if possible
- high knees
- squat over and back
- lunge both legs off BOSU
- squat jumps
Weight Circuit
5, 8, 10, 12 lb. dumbells for 1 minute each.
- squats with shoulder press
- bicep curls with walking lunges
- abs or crunches on large stability balls
- dead lift with upright row
Repeat entire workout 2 or 3x.

I am so glad you said something – I did a whole post with all of hte pictures and a workout and I posted it Monday. I never looked to see if it went up but I just checked to send you the link to it and it says publisher failure! I will have them up later today or in the am!!
