Simple dinners are the name of the game in most households, including this one.
While I love to cook, the dinner hour is always a mix of hungry kids, dishes, a race to get a good meal on the table. A meal that Brady and I like, and the girls will eat is a double bonus.
This dinner fits all criteria.
It’s quick to make, made of whole foods, has tons of flavor and makes everyone happy.

Brown Rice
Steamed Spinach with Sesame Oil
That’s it!
For the kids, I served them a few pieces of spinach (which they were not wild about, so I gave them raw cucumber), salmon and brown rice.
Easy dinners like this make more time for being silly.
