This simple side can go with anything from Greek or Asian. It’s fresh and full of fiber.

Tahini Broccoli Slaw

  • 2 bags of broccoli slaw
  • cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp. plain, nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce if you are making an Asian meal
  1. Cook broccoli slaw with cooking spray until it’s cooked but still crunchy.
  2. While that cooks, mix sauce together: mix yogurt, tahini, vinegar and salt and pepper.
  3. Stir sauce into slaw just before serving.
  4. Enjoy!!
