This weekend was full of fun times! It went by fast but we packed a ton in, like usual! Here are a few of hte highlights!

1. Miss Avery Grace came home!

Congratulations to my cousin Patty and Andrew for the arrival of third little peanut! She is just as precious as she looks!

2. Tortilla Hoarder

My mom declared me a tortilla hoarder after buying 3 new packs and coming home to find this many bags of unopened tortillas in my bread drawer. I don’t even like tortillas! Luckily, I got rid of the stack by turning them into…

45 enchiladas for a neighbor!!

3. College Besties

Hallie and Emily, BFFs from Wittenberg, and I had girls weekend this weekend! They came over for a slumber party on Friday night that consisted of drinking wine until 3am and catching up. Then Saturday, we went for a run/walk, got lunch, did manucures, went to dinner and out.

Manicures, coffee + girlfriends… can’t go wrong.

Probably should stop biting my nails. My hands look like a 10 year olds.

Love them.

4. Home from Hawaii

Brady was traveling all last week in…Hawaii and just got home this weekend. Yes, that is right. I didn’t believe it either.

But after seeing his Ohio skin, no tanner than when he left, I knew he was not spending much time here:

His tourist destination looked more like this nice office building. Next time, I will be there with him to make sure someone in the fam is the experiencing island life.

5. Delicious dinner with friends.

We had a great time having dinner at Allison and Adam’s house this weekend. Adam grilled some fabulous shrimp and veggie skewers.

We also had a great orzo salad that I will have to get the recipe for!

Our little diners were loving their dinner as well.

And dessert wasn’t too bad either. You really can’t go wrong with Edy’s Whole Fruit Bars –

except if you want your child to have stain-free clothes.

But, I am not really a detail person and I buy stock in Zout. So we are good.
