While I think that cardio is the best form of working a person’s abs, there is always room for toning with specific moves. Here are a few of my favorites.
Plank or Bridge:
Try to hold it for as long as you can and work up to 2 minutes!
In a plank position, bring your knee to the sides to touch your elbows.
Med Ball Abs
Holding a medicine ball, push hands into the air, holding the ball.
