I am so happy to be guest posting for the Healthy Hostess while she is in Cancun (lucky!). I do something on my blog (www.bobbimccormick) every Tuesday that is called 20 Minute Tuesdays. Its a killer at home bootcamp that you can do any time anywhere! I strongly belive that you can get a great workout in, in just 20 minutes as long as you make TIME for it!!!
I thought I would share one with you, so that you can get in a great workout too!!
What you will need: free weights
Time: 20 Minutes
Do this circuit three times through:
50 Jumping Jacks
25 Squats with weights
25 Squat Jumps
20 alternating lunges with a bicep curl
20 Burpees
25 Pushups
40 Mountain Climbers
50 Bicycle Crunches
Repeat!
