This weekend was great. Friday night we had dinner with John and Hallie to catch up and celebrate the holidays. Yesterday I did hot yoga and Brady played paddle or platform tennis, so we both got our workouts in. Then last night we had our neighborhood holiday party which was a blast. We feel so lucky to have such nice, wonderful and fun neighbors!
This morning we woke up to another sunny and moderately warm winter day (40s). It was the perfect day for a morning hike. We bundled Anna up in an undershirt then a turtleneck then a wool sweater followed by a fleece snow suit.
Then we stuck her in the backpack and off we went.
The woods were beautiful today with a little snow left from our storm last week.
We all enjoyed the fresh air.
And you can imagine Anna’s excitement when we passed this “neigh neigh”. 
But it wasn’t enough to keep her from completely relaxing. Such a tough life!

I need to call you, but this reminded me, our neighborhood party is the 28th, you guys should come if you’re going to be in town. Jasper & Anna need a date!
I wish we could do some hard core hikes like you guys have nearby! Ohio is not so rugged!
