We just got home from a great party with the girls of Chagrin Valley Fitness. It was so nice to get together since we are usually just passing between classes. They are such an amazing group of people!
This summer get together reminded me of a recipe I meant to post a few weeks ago.
Easy No Bake Cheesecake
- 1 block of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1 container of low-fat or fat-free cool whip
- 1/2 cup of sugar or stevia
- 1 T. real vanilla
- 1 graham cracker crust
- fresh peaches to top
- Whip the cream cheese and vanilla with the sugar until combined and smooth.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until it’s mixed throughout.
- Pour mixture into a graham cracker crust. Set the pie into the fridge until it’s set (about an hour)
- Serve with fresh fruit!
