Another beautiful day in central Ohio!

  • 2 boxes phyllo tart shells (freezer section)
  • 1 apple, chopped with the food chopper
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 med. piece of brie
  1. Chop the apple and walnuts very fine.
  2. Zest the lemon.
  3. Mix nuts, apple, lemon zest and honey together.
  4. Cut brie into small pieces and place 1 piece in each tart.
  5. Top brie with mixture.
  6. Bake 4-6 minutes until brie is melty.
  7. Serve with a glass of Reisling
