Another beautiful day in central Ohio!
- 2 boxes phyllo tart shells (freezer section)
- 1 apple, chopped with the food chopper
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 med. piece of brie
- Chop the apple and walnuts very fine.
- Zest the lemon.
- Mix nuts, apple, lemon zest and honey together.
- Cut brie into small pieces and place 1 piece in each tart.
- Top brie with mixture.
- Bake 4-6 minutes until brie is melty.
- Serve with a glass of Reisling

Oh this looks YUMMY! I love anything with brie in it and these tartlets are no exception. I def need to make these for our next get together. Do you think I could prepare them to go in the oven and then refrigerate over night and bake the next day ?
