I’m not sure how our weekends fly by this fast but they do! We went to Cleveland on Thurs. then headed to Chautatuqua on Friday and then came back to Cleveland late Sat. night. Then we came back to Columbus this evening! We had a great time seeing friends and family but it was busy!
I have a lot of things to share this week – the killer workout I promised on Friday, the spin soundtracks for a few of my classes this week, the February Pampered Chef deal, at least 3 good/ new recipes I have been keeping from you and more Anna pictures!
Until tomorrow…here is the menu plan I have made for the week:
Monday: Salmon with winter grain and veggie salad and balsamic broccoli
Tuesday: Black Bean Soup (homemade) with fresh bread
Wednesday: Chicken Parmesan
Thursday: Vegetable Masala burgers with baked sweet potato fries
Friday: ? something with a lentil recipe that Ashely sent me from Wegmans (thanks Ashley!)
