Last night was a fun night of pizza and beers for some 🙂  and hanging out with friends!  We got home around midnight and went to bed.  Today we got up and I went to the gym to do a 45 minute cardio session.  I always feel better when I move!  Then we went to 11:00 church and came home for leftover pizza lunch.  We ran errands and went to Brady’s parents to watch the hockey game. I didn’t take many food pictures but I did take my breakfast!

This delicious concoction was made up of:

  • frozen blueberries
  • frozen strawberries
  • a scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfood
  • 1/2 packet of raw vegan vanilla brown rice  Sun Warrior Protein
  • organic milk

Blended up and topped with some Kashi cereal.

I loved the Sun Warrior protein powder!  The ingredient list is simple and readable:
