One of the things I am going to do better this year is meal planning. I started with this week. I went through my pantry and made a plan for the week before we went to the store. This helped cut down on buying lots of random things that have potential to go bad before we get to eat them. Here is the plan for the week.

Sunday:

Dinner with Jen, Duke and baby Hadley and Josh and Jamie.

Soy Ginger Turkey Tenderloin/ Stir fried veggies/ brown rice/ Napa salad

Monday:

Baked tofu – Ali

Grilled Chicken- Brady

Israeli and whole wheat couscous pilaf

TJ’s frozen fresh green beans

Tuesday:

His and Hers Low fat/whole wheat Lasagna

His: spicy italian sausage and veggies

Hers: soy crumbles or just veggies

Salad

Wednesday:

Possibly leftover or sandwiches – depending on plan in the works

Thursday:

Stuffed yellow peppers

Broccoli

Salad

Friday:

Subway on the way to Oglebay for the weekend with Brady’s extended fam!

Now, I am late to bed for my first day back at school tomorrow! I can’t believe break is already over. It was such a great time! When is the snow going to hit us so we can get a snow day!!
