This was the healthy dessert that Katie brought over for dinner earlier this week. It was delicious! I can’t wait to make it again!

  • 1 block 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 tub of fat free cool whip
  • 1 box of sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple – not drained
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks – drained

Mix together and keep cold until serving time!
