Last week, Jen and I made cupcakes and a cake for a girlfriend we teach with. It was her daughter’s 2nd birthday and she was doing a ladybug theme (as if you couldn’t tell)! We had a blast making the cupcakes and the cake!

The cake was two layers filled with butter cream icing.
These are absolutely adorable. If they tasted anywhere near as good as they look, I bet those kiddies gobbled them up forthright.
