Ice Cream Sandwich Cake Recipe

Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

  • 2 boxes of ice cream sandwiches – light
  • 1 jar of chocolate fudge
  • 1 container light cool whip
  • Optional: toppings to put layer, like oreos, chocolate chips, fruit, peanut butter cups
  1. In a 9×13, put a layer of ice cream sandwiches in the pan.
  2. Cover the sandwiches with cool whip and fudge and candy if you would like!
  3. Place another layer of sandwiches on top and cover with cool whip and fudge.
  4. Freeze until you are ready to enjoy!!
