Dessert tonight was similar to the fruit pizza I made a few weeks ago.  I made a sugar cookie crust with only applesauce and let it cool completely.  I then added a mixture of creamy things for the topping.  This included:

-1/2 container of fat free coolwhip

– 1/2 c. Fage

– vanilla

Use this to top the sugar cookie cake and add tons of fresh peaches.  A big thanks to my mom who sent me (my brother brought them down) a huge container of peeled and sliced peaches.
