Wake up tomorrow and make this for yourself. You won’t regret it.
Pumpkin Spiced Latte
- 2 T canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice – skim, almond, or coconut
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup strong coffee
- sugar or stevia
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Heat the milk for about 30sec. in the microwave then add spices, stevia, vanilla and pumpkin.
- Mix into hot coffee and enjoy!

Today is a busy day filled with playing with Addie, teaching Total Conditioning at 9:45am, doing house/kid stuff, then teaching spinning at 6:15 tonight!
Tuesdays are exhausting. I try to make our evening better by making dinner while the girls are sleeping in the afternoon. Tonight I am making slow cooker black beans and tacos!
