New obsession for a quick meal. This can be done in 5-10 minutes.

1. Make/Steam some green beans in the microwave or on the stove. They can be frozen or fresh.

2. Make a batch of brown rice.

3. Make a batch of lentils. Or make a few servings of natural chicken simmered in the curry sauce.

4. Assemble your dish. I layer my plate with beans, rice, lentils and cover it with Thai Red. Curry. Brady fills his with chicken, sauce, rice and beans.

5. With the leftovers, the next day, we toss these ingredients on salad and drizzle with Spicy Peanut dressing and honey roasted peanuts.

So good.
