This week Tyler and his girlfriend Cole cooked dinner for Brady’s family and us! They made delicious salmon with tons of flavor!
Adobo Spiced Salmon

To cook salmon, heat 2 T of oil on high for 3 minutes. Add salmon filet, skin side down. Wait 30 seconds (for the pan to regain it’s heat) and then turn the stove to Medium Hight. Sautee for 4 1/2 minutes, then turn. Sautee for another 3 minutes, or until filet is no longer pink inside.
Butter Sauce-
- 4T unsalted butter, softened
- 1 medium chipotle chile in adobo sauce, seeded and minced
- 1t adobo sauce
- 1 medium garlic glove, minced
- 1 t honey
- 1 t grated lime zest
- 2 t minced cilantro
- 1/2 t salt
Right after the salmon is cooked, dollop the butter sauce on the filets and let it melt down.
