If you are looking for a different salmon marinade, you have to try this one. It’s Jen’s mom’s recipe and it is amazing! It reminds me of a recipe I saw in Food and Wine magazine!
Debbie’s Salmon Recipe
- 4 tbsp. EVOO
- 4 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. horseradish
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
Mix all ingredients together and marinate salmon in it for at least an hour before cooking. Grill for 20-25 minutes or bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
We eat salmon once a week and I’m always looking for new recipes. I love horseradish. This sounds fantastic.
