Yum! This dish that Brady’s dad made for us the other night was amazing! I can’t wait to make it, hopefully it will be as good! The recipe below is just an estimation because I didn’t get the exact measurements! Let me know if you try it. Have you ever tried making fish soup?

Salmon Chowder

  • 2-3 servings of salmon (broiled until cooked all the way).
  • 5-8 cups chicken broth
  • 3-4 large carrots cut into pieces
  • 1-2 onions, diced
  • 3-4 stalks of celery, cut into peces
  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • 1 can of peas, drained
  • 10 small red skin potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. EVOO
  • spices: Old Bay, Garlic, Seasoned Salt
  1. Broil salmon until cooked. If there is skin on the salmon, remove and discard it.
  2. Simmer onion, celery and carrots until softened in a large soup pot.
  3. Add broth, salmon, peas, corn and potatoes.
  4. Add in spices according to your liking
  5. Simmer until cooked together.
  6. Enjoy with a glass of Kendall Jackson Pinot Noir!
