This morning I woke up at 5:45am and went to the gym. I couldn’t get Brady to come today, he has volleyball after work so that was his excuse.
AM Workout
35 min. on the elliptical
4 miles
Alternating every 3 min. between level 3 resistance and level 9
I got home and showered before popping some pre-made egg whites, soy sausage and grilled onions in the microwave for a quick breakfast. I also toasted 1 piece of sprouted wheat bread. It tasted great, but it’s hard to get used to how gross it looks after a summer of fresh berries and oatmeal. I will be back on that kick soon, just trying something different!
