Low Fat Coleslaw Recipe

(adapted from Weight Watchers magazine)

  • 2 bags coleslaw
  • 1/3 c. light miracle whip
  • 1/3 c. dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T. EVOO
  • salt and pepper
  1. Mix dressing together.
  2. Stir dressing in coleslaw.
