This is a very moist and chewy banana bread. It contains no sugar or white flour. It’s both delicious and nutritious!
Mix 4-5 soft, very ripe bananas in a bowl. When they are completely mixed, add the following:
- 1c. rolled oats
- 1/2 museli (dry)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp. real pure vanilla
- 2 tsp. ground flax
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 vanilla light soy milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Mix all together and bake at 350 for about 20 min. Enjoy!!
