Here is a simple idea for lunch. It take less than 5 minutes and it’s nutritious and delicious! 🙂

1/2 bag of broccoli slaw (from any grocery store)

+

squirt of soy sauce ( 1-2 T maybe?)

+

squirt of rice vinegar (1-2 T too?! )

+

small handful of peanuts

+

small spray of pam

Just spray your pan and toss the broccoli slaw in with the liquids in with the peanuts. Stir fry for a few minutes until its all warmed up and you’re set!
