The fruit that is! Under a huge bowl of fruit there is some crunchy, fiberific cereal. I started my bowl this morning with 1c. of TJ Fiber Twigs and then added 1/2 Kashi Go Lean. I woke up in the night with a HUGE charlie-horse in my calf (maybe from the new workout class) but I think I am dehydrated. It’s hard to drink so much water all day when you can’t leave your class, so I cut way back on water. I need to figure out a new way of getting it in after school. Anyways, I knew I also needed some potassium to make sure the cramp would not come back so I added a banana to my cereal and then some peaches and then strawberries and of course blueberries!
Yum. Period.
Not sure if this would work in a teaching situation, but I keep a big (four-cup) bottle of water at my desk and just sip it all day. Some days I can drink up to 12 cups!
