It’s Spring Break! Wahooo! Because Baby H is almost here, we couldn’t use our tickets we bought last summer for Mexico. It’s weird being on Spring Break and not going away to see the sunshine, but I am excited to relax and keep cleaning/getting ready for the baby.
So to start off vacay last night, Brady and I went to Duke and Jen’s with our friends Josh and Jamie to watch the Ohio State basketball game. The food was great, but the game…not so much.
Chips and Salsa Appetizers
Jamie’s Famous Taco Dip….so good!
While we were hard at work making pizzas…
Jen is almost a professional pizza maker. 🙂 The boys were busy teaching Haddie about b-ball.
The pizza’s were pretty amazing! Both were made from Trader Joe’s pizza dough. This pizza was layered with:
- tomato sauce
- fresh tomatoes
- fresh mozzarella
- fresh basil
- salt and pepper
The Buffalo Chicken Pizza had:
- mozzarella
- Trader Joe’s quantre fromage mix of cheese
- red onions (sliced)
- chicken cooked in buffalo sauce
- buffalo sauce
- gorgonzola cheese
I brought a simple salad with romaine, iceberg, spinach, tomatoes and avocado. Plus KooLoos for croutons.
And dessert was some OSU rice krispies!
It was a great night, except for the game!
Yummy pizza. It was pizza Friday at my house!
Love that pizza flipping action!
Everything looks delicious, (love that pizza tossing pic) – but you know my favorite was the Buffalo pizza 🙂
Great looking pizza. Nothing like a little game food. 🙂 Hope you enjoy your break!
