We have made so many different things in the past few days that our fridge is filled with tupperware containers of “goodies” that we don’t want to go bad! Brady told me I was not allowed to go to the grocery store until our fridge was empty! He knows that is one of my favorite things to do, so you can believe what we had for dinner – any and all leftovers! It wasn’t too bad though because everything was still fresh and delicious! Now for the parade of leftovers:
Leftover turkey burger with onions, hummus and veggies for lunch!
(Gross pic, sorry)
Leftover squash, zucchini, asparagas, and broccoli with parm for dinner (part of my dinner).
(It looks like I took this one in a tanning bed…I didn’t. I don’t know what’s wrong with my camera…or me?!)
Leftover everything from Fish Pita night (Brady’s Dinner)
This picture is a little better, Brady may have taken it?!
I also had some leftover wheat berries with acorn squash. It was a very weird and random dinner, but it was good and filling!
Leftover peaches, the end of the yogurt, some strawberries, the end of the fiber cereal… dessert.
After all of this food, we decided to get out and do something because it was so nice out. We went and played tennis for about an hour where we ran into a pro/coach/instructor. She told us we were pretty good and we should take a lesson and join a league…so we did! I’ll be sure to let you know how it goes. My career begins on Sept. 8th. 🙂
When we got home from tennis was a little hungry (or just in the mood for a snack) Brady made some pasta and I had some blueberries with almond butter and a few spoonfuls of cake mix while I made cupcakes!
Off to read, work on school stuff, make a presentation for open house, while watching the olympics – which probably means fall asleep! 🙂
