On Tuesday I had the wonderful opportunity to interview Lisa Lillien, Hungry Girl, using Skype. She was down to earth, fun to talk to, informative, energetic and normal!
She offered insight about:
- her website and how it began
- her inspiration for recipes
- her idea of cooking
- her views on artificial sugar
- Fiber One yogurt
- and much more!
Unfortunately for me and you, her team recorded the interview which means I am the one in video instead of her, and she is in the small corner box. There is a lot of head nodding, agreeing and bad eye contact in this video as I was looking at her on the computer screen not the camera. Sorry about that! Next time I will be sure to look at the camera and try not to nod my head so much! 🙂
