This morning after contemplating what to make for breakfast over a few small fingerfuls of sliced almonds, I decided on cereal.  I have not had a bowl of cereal, cold with milk, in a long time.  I mixed:

-1/2 c. Organic Blueberry Flax and Soy cereal

-1/2 c. Kashi Go Lean

– 1 tsp. ground flax

– 1/2 c. skim milk

– handful of blueberries

– 1/3 sliced banana

Yum!

Tonight, I have company for dinner and I have already typed out the recipe to post!  It should be a good, summery, vegetarian meal!  We will see…
