This recipe is super easy and healthy!  It is full of low calorie protein.

Shrimp Tomato Feta Bake

  • 1 lb. shrimp cooked
  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. Italian seasonings
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small container of reduced fat feta cheese

Cook the shrimp.  Once shrimp is cooked, add all other ingredients together and bake at 350 until cheese is melted and dish is bubbly.  Serve with pasta, bread or nothing!

* I would also think about adding artichokes and mushrooms next time
