Marathon Training Schedule for Week 3

Monday: rest / Run 5.5 miles with Brady in Chautauqua

Tuesday: 3 mile run / Teach 45 minutes of spin class

Wednesday: 30 min. bike / Teach 30 min Spin and 30 min. Circuit class

Thursday: 3 mile run / Teach 30 min. spin and 30 min. Circuit class

Friday: Cross Train / Teach Spin + Wts. interval class

Saturday: 5 mile run / Run 5 miles

Sunday:  Cross Train 60 min / Rest
