Even without all of the buzzwords that describe this fun appetizer, it’s amazing.  A great way to start any meal, especially a party!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Roasted Garlic Aioli Appetize

  • 20 Brussel Sprouts cut into wedges
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

For Aioli:

  • 3 tbsp. low fat mayo
  • 3 tbsp. plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 bulb of roasted garlic or  1 garlic minced fine
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbs flat leaf parsley chopped fine

For Brussel Sprouts:

  1. Place brussel sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. 
  2. Crack some fresh salt & pepper to taste. 
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown on at least one side.

For Aioli:

  1. Mix together mayo, garlic, parsley and lemon juice. 
  2. Serve in a small dish or ramekin
