Even without all of the buzzwords that describe this fun appetizer, it’s amazing. A great way to start any meal, especially a party!
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Roasted Garlic Aioli Appetizer
- 20 Brussel Sprouts cut into wedges
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
For Aioli:
- 3 tbsp. low fat mayo
- 3 tbsp. plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 bulb of roasted garlic or 1 garlic minced fine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbs flat leaf parsley chopped fine
For Brussel Sprouts:
- Place brussel sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Crack some fresh salt & pepper to taste.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown on at least one side.
For Aioli:
- Mix together mayo, garlic, parsley and lemon juice.
- Serve in a small dish or ramekin
