If you are looking to throw together a simple appetizer that will please company and be ready in minutes, this is the one for you.
You will need to have some firm chips or Panetini on hand (New York Style bagel chips would work too!) because this dip needs something sturdy.
These chips hold firm when you are trying to dip them and don’t get stuck “mid-dip”.
For your Easy Pesto Dip:
Lay a 1/2 block of reduced fat cream cheese onto on a serving plate.
Smear the cheese so it’s not recognizable as a block of cream cheese.
Cover the cream cheese with fresh pesto.
*After taking these photos, I added roasted red pepper puree (from Trader Joe’s) and it really spiced up the dip. It also added a festive red to the pretty green + white dip.
Dig in!
