Turkey burgers are high on my list of things this baby likes.  I went from not eating meat for 3 years to loving it since becoming pregnant.  Totally weird.  I’ll roll with it though, as it seems to be working for me.

While my favorite turkey burger of lately is this Indian Spiced Turkey Burger, I was a big fan of the southwestern turkey burger too.  The cumin flavor was strong and it paired well with the simple toppings I added.

Next time I make these, I would load it with avocado, tomato + corn + black beans, and some spicy salsa.  That would make it out of this world.  Try it.  Let me know what you think.
