Thanks to Bumble Bee for my delicious box of goodies! I am excited to get moving through all of these fun flavors of tuna.
This week, I opened the pack of Premeium Albacore Tuna and whipped up a delicious tuna sandwich. It was something I haven’t had in so long and it tasted amazing!
If you are home lunch this week – whip this up. Or make some tuna and put your sandwich together at work! It’s perfect to eat outside in the sunshine!
Here is the breakdown:
- two slices of sprouted or ezekiel bread – toasted
- 1 pack of Bumble Bee Albacore tuna – I love the ease of the packs!
- 1.5 T. light or low fat mayo
- 2 tsp. your favorite mustard
- salt + pepper
- dill pickles
- tomato slices
- fresh sprouts
bubble bee tuna is the best! i have been buying the kind packed in the olive oil-tastes sooo good! and nothing beats a little mustard thrown in the mix either. now im feigning for a tuna sandwich 🙂
