Best Brussel Sprouts recipe
Parmesan Tilapia
- 1-2 lb tilapia filets (about 4-8)
- 1/4 cup (1 oz) Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven broiler (500-550 F). Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients (except fish). Mix well and set aside.
- Arrange tilapia filets in a single layer on baking pan and cover with the mixture.
- Broil a few inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip the filets over, add a little more mixture and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes or until brown.
