We had a great time in Columbus this past weekend! We saw lots of great friends, went out, spent fun time with family, Brady went to the OSU game, had fun dinners, went running, went to Northstar twice and made it to the apple/pumpkin orchard.
When we arrived, Anna was a little sleepy.
But she quickly work up and started exploring.
We checked out pumpkins, squash and apples.
We made our purchases – we bought a butternut squash bigger than my full size coffee maker and bigger than a cookie sheet -picture tomorrow, as well as some honeycrisp apples and a few other kinds of squash. Right before the hay ride we got a bag of kettle corn to share – it was hot and could not have been passed up.
Then we were off to ride into the orchard on the wagon.
While out there Anna picked an apple off the tree.
With a little help from Gramma!
She had to use two hands to get it off,
And ended up on the ground when the apple finally popped off the tree!
It was worth the hard work though!
Yum!
