Somehow I can’t find the picture of my Sweet Moments brownie bites that I got last week with a coupon that Pillsbury and My BlogSpark sent me! That was the reason for the delay of this giveaway!
Pillsbury and My BlogSpark were generous enough to send me a coupon to try these new tasty treats as well as a bath set (dessert themed!) to relax with!
If you would like to win this sweet gift set, leave a comment telling me about a sweet moment in your life!!!
I will pick a random winner and announce it by Friday, Sept. 18th!!
A sweet moment for me… I have been in a long distance relationship for 4 years. Last year, I was only 3 hours away from my boyfriend but still only got to see him every couple of weeks. One night I was out coaching youth volleyball and had left my phone in my car, when I got back out there I had 3 missed calls from him and a text to call him. So I called him quickly and said I would call him back with my calling card when I got home, he said “That’s fine I was just driving home and wanted to talk to you”
When I got home I called him right away. We were chatting away and then the doorbell ring but I left it for my room mates to get. I was still chatting away when he came running down the stairs into my room and jumped on me to give me kisses! It was one of the sweetest surprises I have ever gotten.

For christmas 3 years ago, my boyfriend gave me a hand drawn picture of the two of us. He had taken a photo from his first visit to british columbia to visit me, and drew a replica with pencil. It looks just like both of us and it is perfect! I didn’t even know he could draw!
I keep trying to post a comment, but it tells me it is awaiting moderation… i don’t know what this means sorry if you get three sweet stories from me!
Sweet moment- when I got to see old high school friends last weekend at a wedding. We were all bridesmaids and it was a ball!
Sweet giveaway π
I had a sweet moment yesterday actually: Adam taped a day-brightening note for me on the peanut butter jar (guess he knows where I go first when I get in the kitchen!)
A really sweet moment I remember was spending a week at the beach with my best friends this summer. We hardly ever get together for more than a day, so having all this time with them was awesome!
This afternoon with my hair pulled back wildly, stained blue tank top, faded black capri’s, no makeup my husband looked over at me (we share an office) and said… you are so beautiful! π
My sweet moment was the first time my 2 year old nephew said his first spontaneous “I love you” to me. We were both sitting on the floor playing with his trucks and he looked at me, grabbed my face with both of his little hands so that he had my full attention, and said “I love you Aunt Jeanie”. I melt all over again just thinking about it!
I have a sweet moment every time I get a text from my sweetheart saying “I love you!” or “You’re cute.”
my sweet moment was getting engaged π
My 8 year old son said to me this weekend out of the blue “You’re the best mom!”. Made my heart melt…..
The first thing that comes to mind for me is three years ago. I had been dating my boyfriend for about six months and on the way to work one morning, I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. My mumm came and drove me home to my apartment, but after sitting around for awhile, I started bleeding and feeling REALLY bad. I had texted my boyfriend and he insisted on taking off from work and taking me to the Emergency Room. Not only did he take off to drive me, but he sat by my hospital bed the entire 12 hours I was there! He wouldn’t eat because I couldn’t, so since we were both starving, he also drove me to dinner when they finally released me.
Just recently, I’ve been eyeing a new cook book on amazon and let my husband know about it. Last week there was a package that arrived from amazon and he asked me to open it saying it was a part for the new computer her was building. Needless to say, it was my new cook book. Hes so sweet and thoughtful…. π
My sweet moment was getting engaged about 5 weeks ago. My fiancee propsed right after I was baptised in the river at the church camp, in front of our family and many of our friends.
Sweet moment = when my boys tell me they love me out of the blue! And when they thank me for making a yummy dinner!
I just recently started a food blog of my own and my hubby has been behind me every step of the way. Not long after I started, he posted this on facebook:
” You’ve all drooled over the food pictures…you’ve asked her for advice on healthy eating… now FOLLOW HER BLOG!!! It took a lot of convincing, but friends and family have nagged enough that we finally have Lindsay’s kitchen adventures in blog form! I’m so proud of my dietician-in-training. She is so passionate about …healthy eating and has worked SO hard that she has managed to receive a 4.0 GPA every quarter since she’s been back in school Love you Linds!”
I love him for loving me so much π so sweet!
One sweet moment that comes to mind is when Kendall hugs me without being asked…. When life is helter skelter, and she is running around, the house looks like a tornado has hit it, and out of the clear blue this little body is coming at your full force and suddendly she wraps her little arms around your legs, giggles, and runs on! LOVE it!
My 2-year-old has a significant speech delay; he’s not talking much at all and is in therapy, etc. But the other day, he gave me a huge hug and said “mama.” I think that’s the sweetest thing I’ve ever heard π
I think the sweetest thing that has ever happened to me was when my dad went away on a trip and he thought about me on the trip and when he came home he said, “wow, Lindsay, I really missed you and we need to spend more time together!!” π
I had a very sweet moment this week – it was my daughters very first cross country meet and she totally kicked butt and got a medal!!
