Here is the dip recipe from our family dinner the other night!
- 1 block 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1 8oz. container of sour cream
- 1 green pepper – diced
- 1 red pepper – diced
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 3/4 large packet or 1 smaller packet of dried beef, diced
- Let cream cheese get to room temperature and mix with sour cream.
- Add all of the other ingredients to the cream cheese/sour cream mixture.
- Stir together until combined.
- Place in a oven safe serving dish.
- Cover with a few chopped walnuts
- Bake at 350 until warm and bubbly – about 15 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or fresh veggies
