Yay for no-school tomorrow!  I can’t believe it is already President’s day! We went to Cleveland this weekend to hang out with family. It was a busy weekend, as usual.  We got to Brady’s grandparents on Friday night and watched some of the opening ceremony for the Olympics before heading to my parents to go to bed.  We got to their house and watched a little more of the ceremony and then called it a night.

Saturday morning we woke up and had breakfast before my mom and I went to the gym.  They just opened a Lifetime Fitness in Chagrin and my parents joined!  🙂  We went there and did a round of 45 minutes of cardio before quickly showering and heading off to shop.  We ran errands and checked out some baby furniture then met my grandma, dad and Brady for lunch at Panera.  After refueling with some veggie soup and a greek salad, we were off again.

My grandma, mom and I stopped for fabric to make some baby things, while the boys went to play racquetball.  We all got home around the same time, in time to make dinner for our guests!

For dinner we had the five of us (my mom and dad, Brady and I and my grandma) plus my cousin Elizabeth and her bf, Joe, my Aunt Sharon and Uncle Jim and my cousin Corey.  It was a great crowd!

Pork Tenderloin –

Trader Joe’s Vegetable Fried Rice  – with added artichokes and other veggies

Plus delicious green beans with almonds that I missed somehow and a salad.

For dessert, Elizabeth made some fun chocolate designs to go on my Aunt Sharon’s brownies with Moose Tracks ice cream or raspberry sherbet.  For a special treat, they served them in martini glasses!  It was a great treat!

Here’s Joe with the goods 🙂
