I have not posted a day of food in a while. I totally admire people (Kath, Tina, Allison, Meghann, Caitlin, etc) who can take pictures of everything they eat and even blog 3-4 times a day! That just does not fit in my life despite my efforts last year! Anyways here is a recap:
7:00 am:
Smoothie with –
- spinach
- wheat grass
- frozen strawberries
- frozen banana
- almond milk
- vanilla protein powder
- chia seeds
- ground flax seeds
9:00am : handful of Kashi Island Vanilla
11:15 am:
Watermelon
Dave’s Killer Bread with some veggie soup
3:00pm:
Oikos Greek plain yogurt with frozen blueberries(thawed) and ground flax
5:00 pm: Amazing Grass Chocolate Infusion with water – I only drank 1/2
7:30: Dinner: a GREAT veggie wrap – Recipe to come!
I did my first run since I have been so sick. It was 3 miles with Brady and I thought I was not going to die!
Hopefully tomorrow will be a little easier!
I admire YOU for all of the amazing dishes & ideas you are constantly coming up with while still being a friend, wife, teacher, etc 🙂
