A huge thank you to Greens Plus for the Chia seeds! They are awesome! They came with this shaker cup, too!
The first way I used them was in my morning green monster smoothie!
This smoothie included:
- 1/2 scoop Chia seeds
- banana (frozen)
- mango (frozen)
- kiwi (frozen)
- 1 c. light soy milk
- 1 scoop light vanilla whey protein
- 1 big handful of spinach
It turned out way more fluffly than usual because of Chia seeds which turn into a gel-like substance.
I have mixed them with a little soy milk for my smoothie tomorrow to see if they get more fluffy or what happens! We will see!!
