I am a total believer in Caitlin’s recipe binder. I have been making one for a few years and I use it all the time. I just rip out recipes I want to try or have tried and like and I keep them in this 3-ring binder with page protectors. It works great! I feel like I have a new cookbook every time I open it!!
Last night’s dinner was a new recipe from the binder – it was an old Cooking Light recipe.
It was a corn, tomato, crab salad and I added cucumber to it. We were not really fans of this so I am not even going to bother posting the recipe. You can find it on Cooking Light.com if you are interested. I think it was too soggy – maybe because the crab was canned and drained not fresh.
It looked pretty though!
