Emily and I tested a few recipes from Hungry Girl’s 200 Under 200 Cookbook. While I feel that many of the recipes have too many processed foods and ingredients, there are many that seem great!
Recipe # 1: Faux Fried Mozz Sticks
Emily went through the cookbook and picked out the recipes we tried yesterday. She is a big mozzarella stick fan!
I am not going post the exact recipe but I will list the ingredients:
- low fat string cheese
- Fiber One cereal
- salt/pepper/ seasonings
- egg whites

We did not let the onion cook long enough because we got too excited to eat it!
We approve of both of these recipes though!!
