Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad
- 6 cups of shredded chicken from a rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups of sliced purple-red grapes
- 1 cup of sliced toasted almonds
- 2 cups of diced celery
- 1 cup of sliced green onions
- 1 cup of light sour cream
- 1 cup of low-fat mayo
- salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together and serve on fresh croissants.
