Chicken Salad

Chicken Salad

  • 6 cups of shredded chicken from a rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups of sliced purple-red grapes
  • 1 cup of sliced toasted almonds
  • 2 cups of diced celery
  • 1 cup of sliced green onions
  • 1 cup of light sour cream
  • 1 cup of low-fat mayo
  • salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together and serve on fresh croissants.
