For the chili I made this week I mixed:

  • 1 box of Fantastic Foods vegetarian chili
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 can drained chickpeas
  • 1 can drained white beans
  • hot pepper flakes
  • 3 c. of water
  • 1/2 bag of tri-colored peppers, found in the frozen section of Trader Joe’s

Heat and serve!!
